Service Description

Scope A — Product Development Process and Design Change Management. Description: Advise on and recommend improvements to how engineering work flows through the organization to support a smooth, end-to-end transition from concept through design, validation, and production readiness. Propose structured phase-gate development frameworks and formal Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes to support controlled, efficient, and traceable product modification governance. Advisory Services (Defined Per Engagement): • Map and document the product development process from concept, design, validation, and production readiness, • Recommend standardized phase-gate review structures and criteria, • Recommend structured workflows intended to reduce design cycle time and rework, • Propose formal ECR and ECO workflows and recommended governance pathways, • Propose process flow diagrams, templates, and procedural guidance. Exclusions: This scope excludes issuing, approving, or authorizing production, construction, manufacturing, regulatory, or commercial documents, and excludes direct management of personnel, budgets, or operational systems.
