Service Description

Scope B — Engineering, Design, and R&D Organization & Governance Model. Description: Advise on and recommend improvements to organizational structure, governance models, and operating frameworks for Engineering, Design, and R&D functions to support accountability, clarity of authority, and scalable execution. Advisory Services (Defined Per Engagement): • Recommend illustrative organizational structures and charts for Engineering, Design, Product Development, and R&D, • Propose role definitions, ownership boundaries, and accountability models, • Recommend structured communication interfaces between Engineering, R&D, Design, and cross-functional departments, • Provide advisory guidance on automation and digital tools to support engineering and organizational workflows (excluding software selection, procurement, implementation, and system administration). Exclusions: This scope excludes human resources management, employment decisions, compensation, labor relations, corporate governance, and legal or regulatory compliance activities.
