Service Description

Scope C — Simulation, Technical Analysis & Design Validation Support. Description: Provide numerical simulation, analytical modeling, and technical review to support internal design evaluation and performance assessment through computer-based analysis prior to prototyping and physical testing. Services are intended to support early identification of technical risks and inform internal engineering decisions; they do not constitute formal verification, validation, certification, or regulatory compliance testing. Advisory Services (Defined Per Engagement): • Review stated design intent, operating conditions, and performance targets relevant to the analysis, • Document and apply client-provided data, assumptions, and boundary conditions for analytical studies, • Perform targeted numerical and analytical studies using simulation and calculation methods, • Prepare technical findings and memoranda to support internal engineering decision-making. Representative Applications: • Performance assessment and wastewater reduction studies for humidifiers and dehumidifiers, • Airflow and thermal distribution studies for residential and multi-unit HVAC systems, • Fanwall system layout and operating condition analysis, • Pressure loss and flow distribution studies for AHUs, including fans, filters, heat exchangers, heat pumps, and evaporative cooling systems, • Thermal analysis of electronic, electromechanical, and thermal systems, including heat sinks, microchannel heat sinks, heaters, fans, heat exchangers, AHUs, and fanwall assemblies. Exclusions: This scope excludes certification testing, compliance testing, field commissioning, and issuing of sealed or regulatory engineering documents.
