Service Description

Scope D — Failure Investigation (Advisory) Description: Provide advisory engineering investigations to support understanding of probable failure mechanisms and performance degradation. Services are intended for internal technical assessment and risk management and are not prepared in contemplation of litigation, insurance claims, or regulatory enforcement. Advisory Services (Defined Per Engagement): • System- and component-level inspections, measurements, and evaluations for internal technical assessment, • Review against referenced codes, standards, and industry guidance for informational comparison only, • Identification of probable contributing factors and preparation of technical findings and memoranda. Exclusions & Use Limitation: This scope excludes legal representation, expert witness testimony, sworn affidavits, formal regulatory submissions, and any deliverables intended for use in legal, insurance, arbitration, or dispute resolution proceedings without the prior written consent of Mizan Solutions. Deliverables may not be relied upon by any third party.
